OpenCart позволяет использовать оптимизированные для поисковых систем URL-адреса для товаров, категорий, производителей и информационных страниц. Ключевые слова SEO определяются для каждого продукта, категории, производителя и информационной страницы, хранятся в таблице базы данных (url_alias), просматриваются при каждом запросе страницы и переводятся во внутренний URL-адрес.
Чтобы использовать ключевые слова SEO, их необходимо включить на странице настроек магазина, вкладка Сервер в Интерфейс администратора.
Правильно отформатированный файл .htaccess должен присутствовать в корневом каталоге установки OpenCart (кроме папок admin и каталога). Содержимое файла .htaccess показано ниже: Показать / Скрыть

После изменения файла .htaccess Вы сможете добавлять уникальные ключевые слова SEO для отдельных продуктов, производителей, категорий и информационных страниц.
